Do you need to report a claim?
We recommend contacting Hometown Insurance Center at 508-347-9394 to report all claims. Once reported, we will guide you as to what your next step should be and answer any questions that you may have about the claim process.
If a claim occurs during our non-business hours, you can wait to report to us (assuming the claim is not urgent) or report directly to your insurance company.
Do you have questions about your bill?
Most insurance companies have many methods in which they can accept payments (internet, telephone, mail, etc.). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions with your bill, or would like to learn about the payment options available to you. During our non-business hours, please contact your insurance company directly for billing questions.
